These are terms for using this website. They are not the terms for buying or selling on the rebeauty marketplace. The app has not launched, and separate marketplace terms covering purchases, seller obligations, buyer protection and fees will be published before it does.

1. Who operates this website

rebeauty.app is operated by REBEAUTY LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16719119, registered office 62 Stakes Road, Purbrook, Waterlooville, Hampshire, England, PO7 5NT. You can contact us at contact@rebeauty.app.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. What this website is

This website is informational. It explains what rebeauty is building, and lets you register interest. The rebeauty marketplace is not open, nothing on this website is offered for sale, and no purchase can be made here.

4. Waitlist registration

Joining the waitlist tells us you would like to know when rebeauty opens. It does not create a contract, guarantee you access, guarantee a launch date, or reserve anything for you. We may change our plans, our timing, or how access is offered.

5. Creator and brand enquiries

Registering as a creator, or making a brand enquiry, is an invitation for us to talk. It does not create a contract, a partnership, an agency relationship or any obligation on either side. Any working relationship would be set out in a separate written agreement.

Please do not send us confidential information through these forms. If you need to share something confidential, tell us and we will agree how to handle it first.

6. Intellectual property

The rebeauty name, logo, wording, design, photography and the arrangement of this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share the site, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy the design, reuse our photography, or use our branding without our written permission.

Product names and brands shown in photography belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, rebeauty.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

submit false, misleading or someone else’s details through our forms
submit unlawful, offensive or abusive content
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its underlying systems
use automated means to scrape, overload or disrupt the site
use the site in any way that breaks the law

We may block access if we reasonably believe any of the above is happening.

8. Links to other websites

We link to external articles, research and social media. We do so because we think they are worth reading, not because we control or endorse everything on those sites. Once you follow a link you are subject to that website’s own terms and privacy policy.

Where we link to journalism or research, the work belongs to the publication credited. We do not claim authorship of anything we link to.

9. Accuracy and availability

We take care with what we publish, and any statistic we quote is attributed to its source. Statistics produced by third parties are theirs, not ours, and we present them as published.

We describe what we are building, and plans change. Nothing on this site is a promise that a particular feature will exist. We do not guarantee the site will always be available or free from errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This website is provided on an “as is” basis.

If you are using the site as a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, particularly as rebeauty moves towards launch. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
