Privacy Notice

1. Who we are
REBEAUTY LIMITED (“rebeauty”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16719119, with its registered office at 62 Stakes Road, Purbrook, Waterlooville, Hampshire, England, PO7 5NT.
We are the data controller for personal data collected through rebeauty.app. If you have any question about this notice, contact us at contact@rebeauty.app.
2. What this notice covers
This notice covers the rebeauty website only. The rebeauty marketplace app has not launched publicly. When it does, it will have its own privacy notice covering accounts, listings, payments and delivery, because it will process considerably more data than this website does.
3. What we collect, and when
We only collect personal data that you type into a form. There is no account, and no login.
Waitlist

Creator registration
- Name and email address
- Instagram or TikTok handle, and primary platform
- Approximate audience size
- Anything you choose to write in the optional message field
Brand enquiry
- Name and work email address

If we later add a scheduling tool so you can book a call directly, the date and time you choose and any information you enter into that tool will also be processed. We will name that provider here before switching it on.
Technical information
Our hosting provider processes standard server request data, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to serve the website and protect it from abuse. We do not use this to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with the information you submit in a form.
4. Cookies and tracking
The rebeauty website does not set any cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording or any similar tracking. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. This means your browser requests those files from Google, and your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request. Google Fonts does not set cookies, but if you would prefer no third-party request at all, we are able to serve the fonts from our own domain instead.
If we ever introduce analytics or any non-essential cookie, we will add a consent mechanism and update this notice before doing so.
5. Instagram
The website displays recent posts from our own Instagram account, @rebeauty.app. Our server retrieves that content from Meta’s official Instagram API, including the images, links and performance figures for our own posts, so that we can show a selection on the site.
We do not collect anything about your Instagram account. Viewing the website does not connect you to Instagram, does not identify you to Meta and does not require you to have an Instagram account. If you click a post, you leave our site and Meta’s own privacy policy applies from that point.
6. Why we process your data, and our lawful basis

7. Marketing
If you join the waitlist we will email you about the rebeauty launch and occasionally about rebeauty itself. We will not sell or share your details with other companies for their own marketing.
You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing contact@rebeauty.app. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
8. Who else processes your data
We keep this list short deliberately, and it reflects what the website actually uses rather than what we might use later.

Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on the transfer mechanisms that provider makes available, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. How long we keep it
- Waitlist entries. Kept until the app launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner.
- Creator and brand enquiries. Kept for as long as we are in contact about a potential relationship, and for up to two years afterwards so we have a record of the conversation.
- Server logs. Retained by our hosting provider for a short period in line with their own retention settings.
We delete or anonymise personal data once it no longer serves the purpose it was collected for.
10. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server, and credentials for third-party services are held as server-side environment variables and are never sent to your browser. Access to submissions is limited to the people at rebeauty who need it.
We are a small early-stage company. We do not hold a security certification such as ISO 27001, and we would rather tell you that than imply otherwise.
11. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted
- restrict or object to how we use it
- ask us to transfer it to another provider
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
To exercise any of these, email contact@rebeauty.app. We will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
12. Children
The rebeauty website is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted their details to us, contact contact@rebeauty.app and we will delete them.
13. Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when what we do changes, particularly as we add a form provider, scheduling and eventually the marketplace app. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
